At LuggageTribe, safety is our top priority. Every trip, package, and rental is verified to protect our Tribe community. Whether you're sending, traveling, or renting, please follow these guidelines to ensure every transaction is secure and trustworthy.

For Travelers (Carrying Packages)

    Verify Sender Details
    Accept requests only from verified senders with visible IDs and ratings. Review package description and declared contents before accepting.

    Inspect Before You Carry
    Every package must be inspected at an official Tribe Hub or Partner Inspection Point before sealing. Never accept sealed or unverified packages handed directly to you.

    Use Tribe-Tagged Luggage Only
    Ensure every parcel has a LuggageTribe QR tag and tracking seal before departure. Keep tracking active throughout your trip.

    Declare Customs Honestly
    Always declare the package content truthfully at customs checkpoints. Remember: you are responsible for what you carry.

    Report Any Concerns Immediately
    Contact Tribe Support if anything seems suspicious, mismatched, or unsafe.

For Senders (Shipping Items)

    List Accurate Information
    Clearly describe your package contents, size, and value in the app. Misrepresentation can lead to cancellation or suspension.

    Meet at Verified Points Only
    Hand over your package only at Tribe Hubs or verified drop-off points. Never hand over a parcel directly to a traveler without inspection.

    Prohibited Items
    Do not send weapons, perishables, cash, restricted drugs, or counterfeit goods. Follow airline and customs regulations for all items shipped.

    Track and Stay in Touch
    Use the in-app chat to stay updated until delivery is confirmed. Do not share your personal contact information outside the app.

    Confirm Delivery
    Verify that your recipient has received the package before closing the order.

For Renters (Luggage Rental Users)

    Inspect Your Box Before Use
    Check that your rented Tribe Valise is clean, sealed, and functional before checkout. Report any damages immediately.

    Use QR Tag and Digital Lock
    Activate your QR tracker before departure. Never remove or tamper with the tracking tag.

    Return Promptly and Intact
    Return your rental on time and in good condition to get your full deposit refund and Tribe Points.
  • 4
    Avoid Overloading
    Respect the luggage's built-in weight limit to prevent damage.

Community and Platform Safety

Verification First

All users (travelers, senders, and renters) must pass identity and phone verification.

Payment Protection

Payments are held in escrow and released only after delivery confirmation.

Transparency

Every transaction, chat, and rating is logged within the platform for dispute resolution.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Fraud, misrepresentation, or unsafe conduct leads to permanent removal from the Tribe.
